EMOTIONAL & SPIRITUAL

As usual, the treatment began with the device doing the regular scan. Once that was completed, Nicole looked confused.
“The device can pick up things that happened long ago, but are still in your energy field interfering with your health . . . The device is directing me to work on you emotionally before it works on the rest of your body.” I saw some words flash onto the screen like abandonment, sadness, and betrayal and then the screen quickly changed.

Nicole went on to explain. “Emotions also have their own vibrational frequency and negative emotions can be detrimental to a person’s health if they are stored within the body.”

I knew my expression said it all. How was it possible that this device could pick this up? This had not happened at any of my other visits.

“Nicole, it’s correct that I’m an emotional mess right
now, but I can’t talk about it or I’ll start crying again.”
The device pinpointed the need to spend time on the heart. It was right, but that was going to be a very big job at this point because it was definitely broken..

This was a passage from my book that first taught me how connected emotions are to our health.

So often the emotional state of a person or animal are overlooked. This is starting to change as the studies about ACE’s (adverse childhood events) are being released. https://www.ajpmonline.org/article/S0749-3797(98)00017-8/abstract  This study is a very clear link that our emotional health as a child affects our health as an adult. Before SCIO opened my eyes I did not tie in a persons physical health to their emotional state. I firmly believe it is important to do some emotional work to achieve optimal health. I had an excellent childhood and in general a wonderful life, but there are still emotional things that come up when I have emotional work done on myself.
Many of these therapies are working to reprogram the nervous system to get the body out of the fright or flight mode (sympathetic) and into a rest and digest (parasympathetic) mode. Healing and repair happen in the parasympathetic state.

Below I’ve listed some choices to start you journey…

BODY CODE /EMOTION CODE
A system that works to get rid of emotional baggage and to release unbalanced energies in the body. Muscle testing is involved in this therapy.

PSYCH-K
I loved this therapy. I felt so much more free after just one session. This is a simple yet powerful process that allows you to change your sub conscious beliefs that are self-limiting.

TAPPING or EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
This is a tool you can all use at home. I like Brad Yate’s u tube videos. Pick the one that resonates with you and just follow along. This tapping on meridian points with the fingertips is thought to restore balance to the bodies’ energy and can be used to resolve emotional and physical issues. You might feel a bit silly when you start doing this but many clients have given me positive reports.

Donna Eden Energy Medicine – https://edenenergymedicine.com
This has also been very helpful to people.

BEST – https://www.morter.com/bio-energetic-synchronization-technique/
There is an excellent explanation on this website. This is a therapy that Ava (really Vickie Barkley) did on myself and my horses. Vickie lives in North Carolina and prefers to be reached by phone at 336-312-4412. The horses reaction to this therapy was very interesting. Vickie would lightly touch them in certain areas and the horse would sometimes have a dramatic reaction. They could definitely feel the energy shift.

SCIO
The first thing I do when I run a session on the SCIO is to balance the nervous system. There are many emotional based therapies in the neurolinguistic programing (NLP) section.

HYPNOSIS
I was certain that I would not be able to be hypnotized and I was wrong again. The experience was very different than I imagined. I knew everything I was doing and saying but it was as if I was just talking and making things up. I remember having a dialogue with myself telling myself to stop inventing stories, but it just kept coming. The story I told was very interesting and one that I don’t consider myself capable of making up. I am just not that creative! The message for me was to stop helping people that don’t want to be helped. This is truly a problem for me because I want everyone to be healthy and happy. I have actively worked on closing my mouth unless my opinions are asked for. I still struggle with this lesson and my book (Unexpected Prescriptions) and this website have been a good outlet for me to speak only to those who want to hear.
